“To be honest, I had tried over 3 platforms, but what I didn't expect was that this one would be so much better. [Capy] read my activities, saw the gap, and then Mapping surfaced programs that filled exactly that gap.”

An AI college counselor guides you through US college applications in software instead of scheduled meetings: choosing schools, writing essays, building your activities list, meeting deadlines and understanding each school's financial aid. Capy is the AI college counselor built by bcs and trained by more than 150 admissions officers.
Guide: Can you use AI on your college essay? What the rules say in 2026-27
Capy does much of the day-to-day work a counselor does: research, the college list, essay feedback and deadlines, at any hour. It does not replace the people in the human part: the teachers who write your letters, your family, and your school counselor, who gets more time for what only they can do.
A general chatbot answers the question you type. Capy starts from your profile, transcript and goals, draws on notes from admissions officers who have read thousands of applications, and works with you through the whole application cycle: reading your transcript, reviewing your drafts, ranking opportunities and showing what comes next.
bcs is free, with immediate access: create your account and work with Capy right away, no card needed. A private counselor typically charges thousands of dollars per cycle.
High school students applying to US colleges, and the parents helping them. Schools and districts can also give Capy to every student under one license.

No. When a school provides Capy, administrators and counselors see progress by cohort. They do not see your essays, drafts or conversations with Capy unless you choose to share them.
