本利用規約は、Bruno、bcsプラットフォーム、モバイルアプリ、API（総称して「本サービス」）を含む、bcs, Inc.の製品およびサービスのご利用について定めるものです。アカウントを作成する、または本サービスを利用することで、あなたは本規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。
1. 利用資格
You must be at least 13 years old to use bcs. If you are under 18 you also confirm a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf. Schools on a B2B plan accept these Terms on behalf of their enrolled students under our Data Processing Addendum.
2. アカウント
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@bcscholars.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Brunoはツールであり、保証ではありません
Bruno provides personalized recommendations, drafts, and analyses. He is a powerful tool, but he is not a guarantee of admission to any school, scholarship, or program. Final decisions belong to admissions offices, scholarship committees, and you.
Bruno can make mistakes. Always review his suggestions before acting on them. We do not warrant that any specific outcome will follow from using bcs.
4. 料金と請求
- Freemium: free forever, limited Bruno access.

- Schools and districts: custom pricing. Contact contact@bcscholars.com.
Pro plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account settings. We offer a 30 day refund on Pro Annual if you decide bcs isn't for you.
5. あなたのコンテンツ
Essays, activities, awards, and any other content you upload remains yours. You give bcs a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.
You will not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, contains harmful code, or violates the academic integrity policies of any institution.
6. 許容される利用
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to commit fraud or misrepresent yourself to colleges.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of bcs.
- Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the platform.
- Submit Bruno's drafts as your own work in violation of an institution's academic integrity policy.
The college admissions process rewards authenticity. Use Bruno as a counselor, not a ghostwriter.
7. 知的財産
The Service, including the Bruno name, logo, software, and content (excluding your own content), is owned by bcs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.
8. 解約
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with notice when reasonable. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
9. 免責事項
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, bcs disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
10. 責任の制限
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bcs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid bcs in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. 準拠法
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
12. 変更
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
